This website is run by Cinéroutes, fixer service and video production company based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. This page explains what information we receive when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it.

When you contact us

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), the service you chose, your message and the page you sent it from. The form sends these details to our mailbox so that we can reply. We use them only for your request and the work that follows from it. We never sell them or share them for marketing, and we keep them only as long as our correspondence and any project with you require.

To stop spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA. It is loaded only when you start filling in the form, and Google’s privacy policy applies to it.

If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp (Meta), under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Measuring visits and our ads

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. These tools may set cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_au.

• If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies are only set after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.
• Elsewhere, they are active by default, and you can switch them off at any time by clicking “Refuse”.

Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change it at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
